POWER RANKING HELP

Hello, I would like to start keeping my own power rankings & was wondering if any one had a site or just a primer of sorts to get me started. Any help would be great

Sorry I should have been more clear. I want to set up a system to give each team(NFL) a specific number value & I would be able to use those #'s to calculate a point spread based on those #'s. any ideas??
